These terms apply when you access or use the Shelflo mobile app, website, and related services.
Using Shelflo
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use Shelflo only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the notes, reviews, images, and other content you add. You give Shelflo permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide features you request, including enabled sharing and optional AI features.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Shelflo, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person’s rights, or use automated methods that place unreasonable load on the service.
AI features
Boo and other AI features can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Their responses are for reading assistance and discovery and should not be treated as professional advice. AI features remain optional and require your permission.
Subscriptions
If you purchase Shelflo Plus, the price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal information are shown by the applicable app store before confirmation. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through the store. Store rules govern billing, cancellation, and refunds.
Service availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep Shelflo reliable, but the service is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors.
Ending use
You may stop using Shelflo or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a serious violation of these terms.
