Delete your account

You can delete your Shelflo account and associated app data.

Delete from the app

Open Shelflo → Profile → Account → More → Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email naren.abbaraju9@gmail.com from the address linked to your Shelflo account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting it.

What is deleted

The account deletion flow removes your Shelflo account, profile, library records, notes, AI conversations, sharing settings, and uploaded app files. Some security logs, backups, and payment records may be retained for limited periods where required for security, recovery, or law.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Shelflo account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the store where you purchased it.
